Phakisa Holdings Vacancies – Shift Supervisor
A dedicated and proactive Shift Supervisor is required for a temporary role to support daily operations and workforce management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff recruitment, managing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and delivering efficient administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit temporary employment services (TES) staff as required
- Ensure medical examinations and renewals are completed on time
- Conduct disciplinary hearings in line with company procedures
- Verify the accuracy of staff timesheets
- Ensure compliance with all operational and legal requirements
- Inspect and manage PPE stock and storage
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Uphold professional standards and conduct at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Computer literacy
- At least 1 year of TES experience
- Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
- Exposure to logistics or operational environments
- Strong administrative skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Matric certificate is advantageous
