Empact Vacancies – Administrator
Empact Vacancies is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator to support daily operations. Reporting to the Unit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for accurate Worksmart processing, ensuring all tasks are completed within budget and in line with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Administration qualification will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years of administration experience
- Customer relations experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience using Worksmart
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture and process daily data using the Worksmart system
- Perform general administrative duties including typing and filing
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes
- Capture and maintain stock records
- Assist with debtors and creditors administration
- Perform spot checks on depot stock when required
- Manage cash-ups and banking processes
- Order daily stock items and maintain stock levels
- Monitor and adhere to par levels
- Handle data capturing and record keeping
- Assist with monthly price updates and purchasing code changes
- Process claims promptly and efficiently
- Confirm pricing with suppliers
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Worksmart systems
- Good financial understanding
- Strong administrative and management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
