Programme Purpose
The Junior Learner programme focuses on developing well-rounded professionals by equipping participants with essential workplace competencies, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience. Through this programme, a Junior Learner will gain exposure to customer interactions, operational processes, and modern digital tools used in a professional environment. The goal is to prepare each Junior Learner for long-term career success while adding value to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in all training sessions and learning activities as a Junior Learner
