About the Talent Pool
The Talent Pool is a database of pre-qualified candidates who may be considered for opportunities as they arise. Candidates will complete the recruitment process and, if successful, will be prioritised for future roles aligned to their skills and experience. Key Purpose
The Health Coach will provide personalised coaching to members, supporting sustainable lifestyle and behavioural changes. The role focuses on improving overall health outcomes, enhancing quality of life, and helping members achieve their individual wellness goals through structured coaching programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised coaching sessions to members using effective behavioural and lifestyle coaching techniques
- Support members in achieving programme objectives and individual health goals
- Build strong, positive relationships to encourage engagement and long-term success
- Plan and manage coaching schedules to optimise participation and programme completion
- Guide members on benefit utilisation, including referrals and activation of available services
- Provide health education, lifestyle guidance, and progress tracking to ensure sustainable improvements
- Educate members on managing chronic conditions to reduce health risks and prevent complications
- Accurately capture, track, and report all coaching interactions and progress
- Achieve key performance targets including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Proactively engage eligible members and encourage participation in coaching programmes
- Stay updated with industry trends, health practices, and programme developments
- Maintain professional and effective communication in all member interactions

Education and Experience
- Clinical qualification accredited with a recognised health professions body
- Registered Dietitian or Biokineticist (preferred)
- Coaching experience is advantageous
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, benefits, and policy frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
