The Service Consultant – CH – Talentpool is responsible for handling all queries related to Chronic conditions and HIV, ensuring efficient resolution while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to Discovery-related queries
• Assist franchises, brokers, and the public with various service requests
• Manage and resolve all Chronic and HIV-related queries effectively
• Ensure all queries are followed through to resolution within set timelines
• Perform administrative duties related to customer service processes
• Process policy updates and product-related changes
• Work efficiently across Discovery systems and platforms
• Support escalated queries from brokers and franchises

Education and Experience

• Minimum 50% in English and Maths / Maths Literacy or Accounting

• Experience or skills as a contact centre consultant
