Role Overview
As a Banker: Enterprise (FAIS), you will manage client relationships, support income growth, and ensure seamless banking experiences across multiple channels. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial and working capital needs, while identifying opportunities to provide suitable banking solutions that support business growth and personal financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Income Growth and Financial Performance
- Understand clients’ working capital cycles and financial requirements to offer appropriate banking solutions
- Achieve individual performance targets as outlined in the scorecard
- Drive income growth through proactive selling and cross-selling of banking products and services
- Identify opportunities to re-engage clients and strengthen relationships
Customer Focus and Service Excellence
- Deliver superior customer experience across all client interactions
- Resolve client queries and complaints within agreed service levels
- Promote seamless service delivery using digital and omni-channel platforms
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent engagement
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all banking activities comply with FAIS requirements and internal control standards
- Adhere to regulatory, governance, and risk management frameworks
- Maintain high-quality standards in all client transactions and interactions
Collaboration and Team Contribution

Required Qualifications
- Higher Diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies
