Job Summary
The Strategy Manager plays a key role in driving long-term strategic planning and business transformation initiatives. This position provides expert analytical support, market intelligence, and strategic insights to inform executive decision-making and shape the organisation’s future direction.
Role Overview
As a Strategy Manager, you will lead and support the development of business strategies by analysing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering actionable insights. You will work closely with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, support execution planning, and ensure alignment across business units.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Strategic Insights
- Conduct in-depth strategic, market, and customer analytics to generate actionable insights
- Extract and present key intelligence to management on a monthly basis
- Support data-driven decision-making for strategic and tactical business changes
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation
Strategy Design and Planning
- Develop and facilitate segment-specific and enterprise-wide strategic plans
- Support the formulation of long-term business strategies aligned to organisational goals
- Contribute to strategic planning cycles and performance tracking frameworks
Market Research and Intelligence
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Identify emerging opportunities for new or enhanced products and services
- Translate research findings into strategic recommendations
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders
- Ensure strategic initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented
- Monitor and track the execution of strategic recommendations across teams
- Promote alignment and collaboration across business units
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies
