As a Manager: Data and Analytics (AI and Data Science), you will lead the organization’s artificial intelligence and advanced analytics strategy, driving innovation and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. This role focuses on shaping forward-thinking AI initiatives, managing a high-performing data science team, and delivering impactful AI/ML solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
You will play a key role in identifying AI-driven opportunities, overseeing the development and deployment of advanced models, and ensuring all solutions meet ethical, regulatory, and compliance standards. By collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will help position the organization as a leader in leveraging AI for growth and innovation. You will also mentor and guide your team to uphold excellence in model quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
- At least 2 years of experience managing or leading an analytical or data science team
- Proven ability to engage with senior and executive stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Strong hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark
- Experience integrating AI models into real-world applications and services
- Solid understanding of big data technologies such as Hadoop and Kafka
- Experience using version control tools such as Git or GitHub
Preferred:
- Experience working with AWS or cloud-based AI/ML platforms
