Key Purpose
The Pre Auth Service Consultant – Talent Pool is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members, healthcare providers, employer groups, hospitals, and brokers. The role focuses on resolving queries across multiple service channels while using clinical knowledge to manage the risk of hospital admissions and ensure accurate benefit funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm benefits in line with established protocols and funding rules
- Accurately gather and capture information to ensure correct funding decisions
- Assist stakeholders via telephone and other service channels until queries are fully resolved
- Deliver a customer-focused service aligned with organizational standards
- Stay updated on product changes and benefit structures
- Utilize and maintain knowledge of digital servicing tools
- Meet and exceed service delivery performance targets
- Adapt to process improvements and system updates
- Handle multiple interactions efficiently while maintaining service quality

Education and Experience
