Discovery Vacancies – Servicing Administrator
The Servicing Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining Group Risk policies, administering reinsurance premiums, and supporting member-billed schemes. This role involves handling billing processes, reconciliations, annual reviews, commission payments, broker updates, and resolving queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Billing and Administration
- Prepare and distribute accurate billing statements to clients, brokers, and relevant contacts
- Ensure all billing information reflects correct data and payment records
Payment Tracking and Reconciliation
- Monitor incoming payments and match them against issued invoices
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments
- Maintain ongoing reconciliations for each scheme
Member and Scheme Policy Servicing
- Keep customer records up to date, including contact details, membership changes, and premium balances
- Manage scheme updates and ensure accurate policy administration
Query Resolution
- Respond to and resolve billing and administrative queries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle disputes effectively while maintaining strong client relationships
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all processes align with internal policies, scheme rules, and industry regulations
- Maintain well-organized records for audits, reporting, and compliance purposes
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on billing activities, outstanding balances, reconciliations, and scheme performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, or areas for improvement
Collaboration
- Work closely with finance, claims, underwriting, customer service, and other teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support cross-functional problem-solving and process improvements
System Management
- Utilize internal systems to manage billing processes efficiently
- Identify and escalate system issues when necessary
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within all platforms

Education and Experience
- Grade 12 (required)
- Business-related degree or diploma (required)
- 2–4 years of experience in a Servicing Administrator or similar role
