Regional Manager – Hospitality Cleaning
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – Hospitality Cleaning to oversee and manage cleaning operations across multiple hospitality facilities within a designated region. The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection prevention are consistently maintained while leading operational teams to deliver exceptional service and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning schedules, procedures, and operational standards across all assigned facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections, audits, and performance assessments to ensure compliance with hospitality cleaning standards and regulations.
- Lead, coach, and support Area Managers, Contract Managers, Supervisors, and Cleaning Teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage budgets, resources, equipment, and cleaning supplies to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility management teams and key stakeholders to address operational requirements and service improvements.
- Implement and monitor infection prevention and control measures to maintain safe and hygienic environments.
- Stay informed of industry developments, regulatory updates, and best practices related to hospitality cleaning and hygiene management.
- Prepare and present operational reports, compliance records, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospitality cleaning management.
- At least 2 years’ experience managing multiple sites or regional operations.
- Strong understanding of hospitality cleaning regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Advanced computer literacy with experience using reporting tools and operational management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development abilities.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and industry best practices.
- Certification in Infection Prevention and Control will be advantageous.
