About the Role:
We are looking for a professional Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to passengers, handle ticketing and bookings, and ensure a seamless travel experience. This role requires handling enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes while explaining rules, terms, and regulations
- Support customers during flight disruptions or cancellations
- Safeguard confidential information and address complaints professionally and promptly
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Supervisor on duty
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
- Experience in airport operations and ticket sales (essential)
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts
- Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of customer service best practices
- Excellent written and verbal command of English, including proper phone etiquette
- Conflict resolution skills
