The Organisational Development Specialist plays a key role in enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee experience. This position supports the design, development, and implementation of initiatives that improve performance, strengthen leadership capability, and promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of organisational development and design initiatives
- Contribute to employee experience and wellbeing strategies and their implementation
- Assist in developing and implementing leadership development frameworks and interventions
- Design, test, and validate surveys and questionnaires for employee insights
- Conduct employee listening activities such as surveys, focus groups, and sentiment analysis
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports
- Develop impactful presentations and reports using advanced PowerPoint skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change and transformation initiatives
- Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all organisational initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and research in organisational development and employee experience
- Translate research findings into practical recommendations for stakeholders
- Design and develop tools and frameworks to improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience
Education and Experience
- Honours Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Industrial Psychologist qualification is preferred
- Master’s Degree in a related field is advantageous
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in organisational development or organisational effectiveness
- Proven experience in organisational design, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives
Advantageous Experience
- Background in management consulting
- Experience or strong interest in employee listening and experience design
