We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join a dynamic technology team focused on delivering innovative and scalable solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, where you will translate complex business requirements into clear, practical, and technically sound system solutions.
You will play a key role in the design and implementation of a modern Revenue Management System, responsible for tracking sales, cost of sales, and revenue across multiple product lines. The system integrates with third-party platforms and supports real-time data processing, making it a critical component within the broader technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design system integrations and data flows
- Contribute to the development, testing, and implementation of the revenue management platform
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, performance standards, and compliance needs
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation to support continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka or similar event-driven technologies
- Proven experience working within AWS environments
- Ability to analyze complex systems and produce structured, high-quality documentation
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization technologies
- Background in software engineering or interest in transitioning into systems analysis
