Talent Sourcing Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to strengthen talent acquisition efforts by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in sourcing top talent, providing market intelligence, and supporting long-term workforce planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for scarce, specialist, and high-priority positions.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, market mapping, social recruiting, and digital talent research.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through professional and meaningful outreach strategies.
- Conduct talent market analysis and competitor mapping to support recruitment planning and decision-making.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Create and execute sourcing plans aligned with business hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
- Maintain accurate talent pools and candidate databases for future recruitment needs.
- Track and report on sourcing activities, pipeline performance, and channel effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve talent attraction strategies.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by identifying and engaging underrepresented talent groups.
- Build and maintain strong professional networks within relevant industries and talent communities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all sourcing and engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, executive search, or direct headhunting.
- Proven experience building and managing talent pipelines for specialist and strategic roles.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and market mapping methodologies.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
- Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and develop long-term talent relationships.
- Experience analyzing sourcing metrics and translating data into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Understanding of talent acquisition best practices, workforce planning, and employer branding principles.
