Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Monitoring and Incident Management
- Oversee vehicle activity in strict adherence to established company procedures.
- Promptly identify, log, and report any deviations or exceptions to operational norms.
- Ensure all system alarms are acknowledged and actioned within designated timeframes.
- Respond professionally to all incidents and accidents, following precise company protocols.
Communication and Reporting
- Obtain daily route sheets from the relevant business unit.
- Maintain meticulous records of operational activities and vehicle performance data.
- Compile and distribute timely operational reports to all designated stakeholders.
- Accurately document and report all occurrences and unusual events.
Fault Management and Vehicle Repairs
- Update vehicle fault logs daily within the designated system.
- Communicate identified vehicle faults to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Conduct diligent follow-ups with responsible parties to ensure timely and effective vehicle repairs.
Operational Support
- Provide necessary assistance with various operational tasks and functions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with staff, clients, and external partners.
- Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards as per Standard Operating Procedures.
Housekeeping, Health, and Safety
- Consistently maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and implement safe working practices daily.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
