We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (Capital Markets) to analyze, document, and enhance business requirements across products, processes, and systems. This role focuses on delivering technology-independent business and data models that support effective solutions within capital markets environments.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational goals, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Develop and maintain business and data models to support solution design
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions
- Monitor operational performance and support cost management initiatives
- Review financial reports, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Identify and manage risks that may impact operational efficiency or cost targets
- Deliver high-quality customer experiences through innovative and proactive solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support collaboration and trust
- Provide insights through data analysis to improve decision-making and business performance
- Prepare and deliver reports aligned with service level agreements and business objectives
- Review and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy
- Ensure alignment of processes with customer journey and organizational standards
- Support implementation of governance, compliance, and policy requirements
- Stay updated on legislative changes and industry best practices
- Contribute to risk management processes and identify potential improvement areas

Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis within a banking environment
- Strong background in Capital Markets
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience in process improvement and business optimization
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Solid understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management practices
