Key Purpose
The Talent Pool – Pre Auth Service Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members, healthcare providers, employer groups, hospitals, and brokers. The role focuses on resolving queries efficiently across multiple service channels, primarily telephonically, while managing the risks associated with hospital admissions through clinical expertise and accurate benefit interpretation.

  • Handle and resolve queries from all stakeholders through various service channels
