Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new client prospects across multiple industries.
- Cultivate and strengthen existing customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage customer credit accounts, negotiate payment terms, and oversee payment follow-up processes.
- Effectively present and promote Value Logistics’ products and services to both prospective and current clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling solutions to address customer needs and adeptly overcome objections.
- Maintain a keen awareness of customer feedback, competitor activities, and market pricing trends.
- Implement sales strategies that complement and support overarching marketing initiatives.
- Submit detailed and accurate sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Adhere to assigned daily route plans, ensuring timely and efficient customer visits.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills.
